Last Sunday, myself and my friend went to the Brick Lane Sunday Market which was one of the funniest things I did since moving London. Fair warning: I will be saying “one of the funniest things I did since moving to London” a lot. Anyhow, we went at around 1PM after we spent the morning running errands, and I think it was the best time to go. It was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the market, and amongst shops and stalls, we saw some really cool street performers.
My favourite thing in the market was the vintage trinkets. There were old typewriters, pictures, postcards, and letters. I also really enjoyed the vintage clothes market. The stuff was super expensive but my friend and I had a fun time trying ridiculously shaped glasses on. I have my eye on a pair with pink hearts frame – might go back for them if I have £10 to spare!
Needless to say, I’ll definitely be coming here again.
