I’m a big believer in setting goals to ensure maximum productivity. I love the idea of giving yourself something to work towards, so I take any opportunity I can to give myself things to achieve. In today’s post, I wanted to tell you guys my goals for June 2019 to August 2019, and hopefully reading through them will inspire you to set some for yourself, too!
01. Get in shape.
Like most girls (and guys) in the world, I’ve never been 100% happy with my body. Over the years I’ve shed off some baby fat which makes me feel a bit more confident, but I really want to make it a point to get FIT. This means that I don’t want to be out of breath each time I climb a flight of stairs. I don’t have a proper plan set out for this goal, but I’m thinking about doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred this month along with being more conscious of my food intake. No more eating family packs of crisps in one sitting. 🙁 But hopefully, I will have a better bod after all that struggle.
02. Start a blogging routine.
I want to make the most of the free time I have this summer, and one of the things I aim to do is post two to three times a week. I still haven’t worked out the logistics of this – I need to brainstorm ideas, figure out what days I can write and post, and I also need to get on the photography grind and start taking my own pictures instead of getting them off of the internet like I’m doing right now. The photography thing is a bit of a struggle seeing as I’m on holiday and my camera is back home, but once I go back I definitely want to start taking my own pictures.
03. Take Instagram more seriously.
I started a new Instagram with my blog (which is right here, if you’d like to check it out) but because of my recent hiatus from photography, I haven’t really been very active at all. I definitely want to change that. I know it’s not about numbers, but I’d like to hit 1,000 followers by the end of the year on the ‘gram. Let’s see if that can happen!
